1. Since Bold & Sassy is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services, we do not issue refunds once the order is placed, completed and access is granted to the product. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this policy upon purchasing any item or service on this site or any other site or marketplace offering products and services of Bold & Sassy.
2. If you become unavailable for your scheduled consulting or service sessions, we will work with you to reschedule for another day that suits both parties. Any changes in your schedule will not qualify you for a refund of any deposit amounts or your full payment. After you have attended any sessions, Bold & Sassy Solutions does not issue refunds for any reason.
3. If you become unavailable for any program or classes you have purchased, this does not qualify you for a refund of any kind. Any changes in your schedule are your full responsibility; no refund of any deposit amounts or your full payment shall be issued. After you have attended any programs or classes of any kind or amount, Bold & Sassy Solutions does not issue refunds for any reason.
4. Monthly, Annual and Lifetime memberships are not eligible for refunds of any kind. Cancellation requests by members must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your billing date. Monthly and Annual memberships fees are not eligible for a refund in any amount for any reason. If you wish to cancel your monthly or annual membership in any program or service, submit your request to email@example.com.
